Rapport follows up on your overdue invoices in your voice, gives clients an easy way to pay, pick a date or split the bill, and steps back the moment there's a real problem.
Hi Devon,
I'm following up on invoice INV-1003 for the brand identity project. The balance of $12,500.00 was due on September 29.
Could you send payment this week, or let me know a date I can expect it? If something's holding this up, like a missing PO, just flag it and I'll sort it out quickly.
Pay now, pick a date, set up a plan, or tell us something's wrong:
You know you should follow up. You don't, because you don't want to sound desperate or damage a good client relationship. So invoices quietly age from 30 days to 90.

Upload the export you already have from QuickBooks, Xero or FreshBooks. No reformatting. Rapport learns how late each client usually pays.
Messages in your voice and tone, one step at a time: a friendly heads-up first, firmer only if needed. You approve them, or let routine ones send themselves.
Every message has a link where clients can pay, promise a date, split the bill, point you to their payables team, or flag a problem. No awkward phone calls on either side.
Most late payers aren't deadbeats. They're busy, waiting on approvals, or short on cash this month. Rapport gives them a respectful way to tell you, so a stuck invoice becomes a plan instead of a standoff.
The client's answer shows up in your inbox and in Rapport, and the follow-ups adjust automatically.
Beta members get everything free for 60 days, then choose a plan or walk away. If Rapport doesn't recover more than it costs, it isn't worth paying for.
No. Rapport is software that helps you follow up on your own invoices. Every message goes out in your name, replies come to you, and you stay in control. It's for business-to-business invoices only.
It's designed not to. Messages start friendly and escalate one step at a time, never on weekends, never twice in a day. The moment a client flags a problem or a hardship, everything stops and you decide what happens next.
Your choice. Start in "draft for me" mode and approve everything, then let routine reminders send themselves once you trust it. Final notices always need your OK.
No. Rapport reads exports from QuickBooks Online, Xero and FreshBooks as they are, or a simple spreadsheet. Direct connections are on the roadmap.
Rapport uses Claude to write messages in your tone and to read client replies. Your data is used only to run your account. Never sold, never used for advertising. Hardship notes from clients are shown only to you.
You choose Pro, pay-when-we-collect, or nothing at all. Beta members keep 50% off Pro for their first year as a thank-you for helping us build it.
We're onboarding a small group of businesses personally. Tell us a little about yours and Punit, the founder, will get back to you within a day or two.
